Description
  • Consulting on projects / project and program managers regarding the application of project management methods and the internal project management framework, especially in the use of MS Project as a project management tool
  • Further development of processes and methods for project management, especially related to project planning and use of MS Project Enterprise Server
  • Coordination of (virtual) teams in the area of MS Project project and resource planning
  • Participation in projects for the digitization of project management
  • Performing line activities in the area (e.g. recurring imports to SAP CATS)
  • Participation in the creation of data protection concepts (processing activities VAT) for newly created applications
  • Completed degree in IT, project management and/or business or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in process and (agile) project management as well as project leadership
  • Practical experience in the area of project office or project management office and/or in central (project management) governance functions
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Excel (desirable - VBA programming) and MS Project Professional
  • Certification in project management such as IPMA / GPM / PMI / Prince2 as well as experience or certification in agile frameworks such as Scrum
  • Good knowledge of SAP CATS (desirable)
