Description
As a Presales Consultant m/f/d, you are the expert of our HR software and work closely with sales, product management, and consulting.
Your goal is to analyze processes, identify needs, and translate them into our software for potential clients.
Possible locations: Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Osnabrück, Vienna
Responsibilities:
- You are the point of contact for technical and functional inquiries and develop innovative solutions to solve the complex challenges of our potential clients and customers
- As a trusted advisor, you accompany the sales process and build a trusting relationship with our potential clients and customers
- You conduct high-quality workshops including software presentations and analyses (virtual and on-site). You present the customized solution and not just the features.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in the local market and work closely with product management to continuously improve our solutions
- Support in the creation of RFP/RFIs and provide consulting for proposals
- Individually contribute to team success by utilizing your expertise and bringing creative ideas
