Description
We're hiring Registered Nurse's (RN's) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled rehabilitation nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, perform treatments, procedures, and monitor vital signs
  • Communicate with residents & their family to ensure that needs are met
  • Provide education to residents and families about care and treatment
  • Document residents' progress in accordance with facility policies
  • Participate in training/development to maintain best practices within nursing care
  • Admit new residents & assist physicians during rounds of residents' rooms
  • Assign and delegate duties to nonlicensed nursing staff
  • Perform ongoing assessment of residents' physical and mental health
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists and nursing staff to implement individualized care plans for each resident

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Complete form 1 ,form 5 and 5cs
  • BLS

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Travel nursing, Contract


Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
