For our client, an insurance company based in Munich, we are currently seeking a full-time Call Center Agent (m/f/d) to join our team in Beaverton, AL.

Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Advising customers and handling insurance claims,
  • Processing telephone and written inquiries,
  • Recording reported damage cases and organizing assistance measures,
  • Documenting and recording the actions taken,
  • Handling special requests,
  • Providing information on the status and processes of reported damages.

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship,
  • Previous experience in customer service,
  • Quick comprehension and sound judgment,
  • Strong understanding and behavior of service,
  • Excellent communication skills and correspondence,
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail,
  • Solutionoriented work approach.
