Independent planning and implementation of Lean projects in the production area
Further development of standards, methods, and processes
Creation of presentations, templates, and instructions
Training of employees and operational managers, e.g. Excel
Supporting the organization and execution of workshops
Direct support of production management

Your Profile. What You Bring

Studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, or a comparable degree program
Knowledge in the field of machining production, Lean and project management is advantageous
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Team and communication skills
Enjoyment of independent work
Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
