At Forest Meadows, we produce 30,000 fresh lunch menus daily - that's our core business. With our team of 170 employees, we cook and deliver lunch to hospitals, daycares, schools, and social institutions. In our modern large kitchen, A&K Die Frische Küche prepares a variety of menus using the Cook&Chill method and supplies community facilities in NRW.
To strengthen our team of 6 employees in order processing, we are currently looking for a full-time Order Management Employee (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Order management: receiving and processing orders, checking order values
- Scheduled creation of production documents and delivery notes
- Secretarial, reception, control, and coordination tasks
- Ensuring smooth daily workflow in close cooperation with other departments
Your profile:
- You are a multitasking office professional with several years of experience in the commercial sector or have completed a commercial apprenticeship?
- You have strong organizational skills, can maintain concentration even under time pressure, and can easily handle multiple tasks in a solution- and service-oriented manner?
- You have a good grasp and are proficient in Word and Excel?
- You enjoy working effectively with others, being part of a great team,
