We are currently seeking IT Support 1st + 2nd Level employees (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. IT SUPPORT 1ST + 2ND LEVEL EMPLOYEES (M/F/D) RESPONSIBILITIES * Receiving and following up on software and hardware issues within the IT support team * Independently analyzing, processing, and documenting incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support * Providing support and assistance to users with technical issues"
