My client is a leading provider of transmission solutions in the fields of IT, energy, and smart networking. With around 500 employees, they guarantee that projects (B2B / B2G) are planned and successfully implemented in Germany for decades with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and innovation.

To strengthen the location in North Rhine-Westphalia, I am currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) for the expansion of fiber-based communication routes.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure projects
  • Monitoring and coordination of all construction processes, including material procurement, workforce planning, and time management
  • Communication with clients, planners, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Deadline, cost, and budget control
  • Management and motivation of a team of up to 10 FTE
  • Coordination of subcontractors
  • Continuous optimization of processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in construction management in the field of civil engineering desirable
  • Practical knowledge in budget and resource planning
  • Extensive knowledge of network infrastructures and fiber optic techniques
