WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE PRACTICAL PHASES

  • Comprehensive insight into the sales organization and activities of regional managers, branch managers, and sales employees throughout Germany.
  • Support in creating and tracking offers
  • Getting to know crossdepartmental areas (key account management, sales support, product management, etc.)
  • Support through the use of salesrelated programs (eLog, CRM, BFO, etc.)
  • Active involvement in customer management through the responsible salesperson (e.g. sales negotiations, contract discussions, etc.)
  • Support in acquiring new customers, handling tenders, customer care for existing customers, and customer recovery
  • Support in order calculations
  • Getting to know and correctly applying all salesrelated processes
