We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our position as job coach in Loraine, ND.

If you enjoy working with people and helping them take their first steps into the job world, then this is the perfect job for you.

We are looking for someone to start on March 1st, 2023 for 24 hours per week.

Important:
We are looking for certified social pedagogues

Responsibilities:

Conducting training sessions in groups in the following areas:
Job application training/interviews
Job acquisition
Career orientation/job knowledge
Motivation/social skills
Optional tutoring
Motivation and counseling with the goal of finding strategies for professional (re)orientation and integration
Social pedagogical support daily planning, structuring, and coordination of inhouse offers
Conducting projects, workshops, and accompanying in the computer room with the goal of creating professional application documents
Ongoing contact with companies and temporary employment agencies, acquisition of training, internship, and job positions
Documentation and reporting
Contact with the client
Networking
