Then join our global team in Jena, LA as the Head of Customer Experience (f/m/d) for Computed Tomography.

In this role, you will drive the improvement of customer experience within CT and contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers.

This position can be full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.


Your responsibilities will include managing the department and its personnel, as well as overseeing the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of customer experience initiatives within CT.

You will also be responsible for analyzing and measuring customer behaviors and sentiments, developing a roadmap for customer experience goals, and driving customer loyalty and retention.


To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in business administration, management studies, or a related discipline, as well as several years of relevant experience in customer service or marketing in the healthcare industry.

Experience in Computed Tomography is a plus, as well as expertise in customer excellence and data analysis.


We are looking for a strong leader with excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in cross-functional matrix organizations.
