    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

    Responsibilities:
    - Perform various manufacturing tasks, including assembly, testing, and quality control
    - Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
    - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during production
    - Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
    - Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
    - Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and quality control measures

    Requirements:
    - Strong technical skills, including experience maintaining production equipment, preferably in metals manufacturing
    - Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
    - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
    - Strong electrical experience
    - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting customer needs
    - Prior experience in technical sales or customer support is a plus
