We are currently seeking a dedicated
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for Education Management to join us as soon as possible in a full-time position (40 hours/week, part-time possible) on a permanent basis.
Your main responsibilities:
- You ensure the smooth administrative process of courses in accordance with the guidelines of our quality management system.
- You are the first point of contact for telephone and personal inquiries from our interested parties, participants, and clients, and actively contribute to acquisition efforts.
- You review and issue contract documents, certificates, and transcripts.
- Additionally, you support our team in creating offers and concepts.
Your qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have extensive experience in independent office organization.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in course and participant organization.
- You are proficient in using digital tools and media.
- As a person, you are characterized by a confident and friendly demeanor, an interest in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, a selfsufficient and customeroriented work style, as well as good communication and teamwork skills.
