Proclinical is seeking a Director of Study Management (Oncology) for a pharmaceutical company located in Morrice, MI. This is a full-time, permanent position with a focus on distributing transformative treatments.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate in the development of effective patient recruitment strategies.
  • Provide performance management, evaluation, and compensation recommendations for direct reports and subordinates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with investigators and other company personnel.
  • Participate in international and local discussions and provide expertise on oncology studies.
  • Encourage and facilitate communication within and across departments.
  • Identify and resolve complex study and team issues and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international systems, such as VCV, MyTime, and Accord.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
