YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensuring proper and professional care for patients in accordance with current knowledge
  • Acting as a substitute for the team leader in their tasks (workflows, direct staff management including scheduling, personnel development, quality management, etc.)
  • Continuously supporting the team leader in specific leadership tasks, in a cooperative division of responsibilities
  • Actively participating in the professional, organizational, and personnel development of the nursing team

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Several years of professional experience as a registered nurse in an emergency department
  • Completed and recognized further education in emergency care or willingness to obtain it
