The German Railway is not only one of the most important mobility service providers, but also one of the largest engineering offices in Germany.

Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not enough.

As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or monitor something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as an engineer for major projects in North Hesse (m/f/d) for the major projects "Kassel Curve" and "Hagen-Siegen-Hanau PA 4" of DB InfraGo AG at the Kassel location.

A motivated project team, in constant dialogue with citizens and stakeholders on site, is working on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Transport to develop the projects, which are currently in the preliminary planning phase (phase 2).

Your tasks:

Technical project management for the equipment trades (signaling, overhead lines, 50 Hz systems, telecommunications)
Responsibility for compliance with the project assignment, applicable regulations, standards, and building code requirements
Preparation and review of performance specifications as well as technical documents for construction approvals, support for executive board documents, and costeffectiveness calculations
Coordination of contractcompliant implementation of planning, construction supervision, and inspection services and assumption of cost forecast,
