Currently, around engineers work with us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems – but that's not nearly enough. As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain: the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for an electrical engineer / technician as a telecommunications planner (m/f/d) for DB Engineering&Consulting GmbH at our location in Nuremberg, starting as soon as possible. Thanks to modern working methods, a constant presence at one of our work locations is not mandatory.
Your tasks:

As a telecommunications planner, you will conceptualize projects in the areas of data networks, IT and media technology, and their power supply
You will develop technical solutions in line with the wishes and goals of our clients, regulations, and other requirements
You will advise our clients regarding their wishes and goals and create corresponding concepts, including cost estimates
You will also create technical tender documents and clarify technical questions in the procurement process
You will participate in planning meetings with the client and other involved specialist planners
