  • Take responsibility for achieving goals and keep a close eye on business metrics
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction in all sales and consultation interactions, offering personalized solutions
  • Implement sales routines effectively and ensure optimal processes in the store for a unique customer experience
  • Continuously develop your store, implement local initiatives, and act as a key contact for our customers' ENT doctors

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a Hearing Aid Master (m/f/d)
  • Customeroriented with a passion for sales and consultation
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy
  • Enjoy working in a team and strive for collective success
  • Highly organized with flexibility and a sense of responsibility
