Description
For our private clinic located in Bad Brückenau, we are looking for a deputy kitchen manager (m/f/d) starting on May 1st, 2024.
Your responsibilities:
- Operational management of the kitchen team
- Menu planning, cost calculation, and development of new recipes and dishes
- Collaboration and coordination with the nutrition counseling department
- Coordination of all kitchen and production processes, while adhering to HACCP guidelines to maintain our quality standards
- Creation of work schedules
- Purchasing, receiving, and inspection of goods, as well as inventory management
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d), ideally with experience in the gastronomy industry
- Teaching certificate
- Good organizational skills, communication skills, and leadership abilities
- High quality awareness and strong social skills
- Proficiency in common MS Office programs
