Service Assistant (m/f/d)

  • Personal greeting of customers at the Porsche Center and directing them to the appropriate contact person
  • Assistance for waiting customers (information, refreshments)
  • Conducting needsbased planning of service appointments and customer mobility
  • Managing the workshop appointment schedule
  • Invoicing for the service department
  • Cash management with cash closing
  • Handling general correspondence for the service department
  • Managing rental cars
  • Transferring phone calls
  • Carrying out assigned projects from the After Sales Manager or Service Advisor

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an automotive salesman/woman with technical knowledge
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Several years of experience in front office or direct customer contact, exclusively in the automotive industry
  • Excellent manners and a friendly, customeroriented demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and social competence towards different conversation
