Our client in Thuringia is currently seeking a specialist in pediatric medicine to join their team as an attending physician.

The department treats approximately 4,000 patients annually, both inpatient and outpatient, in a 30-bed unit. Patients range in age from 0-18 years and receive a wide range of pediatric care. The neonatology department, in conjunction with obstetrics, is a perinatal focus (Level III). The hospital averages around 800 births per year. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - CHALLENGING AND DIVERSE * Participation in on-call and emergency services * Training and development of resident and attending physicians * Taking on responsibility within the clinic * Advancing the department YOUR PROFILE - PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL * German medical license * Board certification in pediatric medicine * Previous experience as an attending physician preferred * Strong communication and leadership skills
