Your role

  • Management and organization of the team in the ceramic business unit
  • Technical and commercial support for our national and international customers in the field
  • Conducting and documenting laboratory work. Planning, conducting, and evaluating complex technical experiments in the laboratory and at the customer's site
  • Acquisition of new customers in the B2B sector
  • Independent project management
  • Technical support for the development department
  • Interface and driver for marketing and development regarding market trends and developments
  • Implementation of application technology for new technologies and processes
  • Support in the creation and review of defined quality assurance measures
Your profile

  • Completed university degree with a focus on ceramics or ceramic technician (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in ceramics, preferably in the refractory sector
  • Ideally, first sales experience in the B2B sector
  • Experience in project management
  • First experience in technical and disciplinary leadership
  • Negotiation skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good application knowledge of MS Office products and SAP S/4HANA
