Responsibilities:
You have the ability to inspire people for change and promote their adaptability.

Through targeted use and clever combination of agile tools, you effectively shape processes and actively contribute to the transformation of existing structures.

You support development teams in both the introduction and practical application of agile working methods, both internally and in customer projects.

You play a significant role in the development and design of values, visions, missions, and strategies in workshops with individual or multiple teams.

Requirements:
You have extensive practical experience in an agile environment. Knowledge in areas such as Scrum, Kanban, etc. Your work style is characterized by solution orientation and structure. Ideally, you have a methodical education through studies, further training, or certificates such as PSM, CSM, PAL, etc. You have very good German and good English skills.
