Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Learning & Development, Analytics, and People Operations.

We are currently seeking a People Operations Associate in Germany to support our German, Austrian, and Swiss entities as part of our evolving People Operations Center of Excellence.


The Role


This role requires a highly collaborative and customer-centric approach, working with various stakeholder groups including the wider People Team, leaders, and employees.

The scope of this role includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with some opportunities to support other regions in Europe. Our team works in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that reflects our relationship-based culture.

As such, you will need to have a flexible and adaptable communication style, the ability to engage with all levels of the organization, and strong self-awareness to build relationships across the business.

As a People Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support and administration throughout the employee lifecycle. This role involves exposure to multiple functional disciplines, including compensation, benefits, HR policies, HRIS, reporting, employee relations, and analytics.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all People Team inquiries received through our case management system or over the phone, providing exceptional customer service to People Team
