What to expect:


  • Central point of contact (m/f/d) for all issues of our customers and employees
  • Acceptance, recording and prioritization of inquiries and fault reports (telephone, email, ticket)
  • Solutionoriented processing of IT problems and requirements in first and second level support, for example in the areas of operating systems, office applications, hardware while adhering to response and processing times (SLAs)
  • User management in SAP and Active Directory
  • Maintenance of the IT knowledge database through documentation (Confluence) of occurring problems and linking them with their solutions
  • Participation in shaping and optimizing our internal processes

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, for example as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system salesman or comparable qualification, also open to career changers with IT affinity
  • Professional experience in the IT sector desirable
  • Good IT knowledge (client, networks, Windows, etc.)
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Independent, structured and analytical way of working
  • Teamwork and collegial behavior
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
