- Develop a strategic sales approach to increase customer base, market share, and profit margins
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the customer base
- Analyze data and customer trends to identify current and potential customers
- Make frequent sales calls to existing and prospective customers to present our products and services
- Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective customers
- Document all customer activities utilizing our internal CRM system
- Utilize of sales and marketing techniques to build and grow relationships within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new products and services quickly
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other related software
- Experience in an EOS shop a plus
