For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe, we are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding orders, product inquiries, and any other customer concerns
You will handle inbound communication via phone, email, and chat
You will work together with the team and our departments to find the best solutions for our customers
You are Louis
Your profile
You have solid computer skills and are proficient in common office programs, as well as fluent in German and Dutch
You enjoy providing advice and have excellent communication skills
You are willing to work in a three-shift system between 8:00 am and currently 8:00 pm (Monday to Friday), as well as two Saturdays per month in a shortened shift
Technical understanding and a passion for motorcycles would be beneficial, but are not a must-have
