My Responsibilities

  • Supervision of the error management tool and the commissioning help desk for vehicle commissioning
  • Collaboration in the design and further development of the error management tool
  • Coordination and structuring of topics and consolidation of tickets. Prefiltering of error tickets regarding plausibility and completeness
  • Consultation with departments and the commissioning team regarding topics
  • Creation of related reporting and participation in the establishment of a knowledge database for completed topics and input of these topics
  • Coordination of WVT award packages within the scope of vehicle commissioning
  • Support in the administration of the error ticket tool Jira
  • Creation of documentation and result reports

My Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering (vehicle technology, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or similar) desirable, or successful completion of vocational training with relevant professional experience in the defined area of responsibility
  • Professional experience is advantageous
  • Complex development activities
  • Fulfillment is partially predetermined
  • Proficiency in standard systems and relevant techniques/methods required
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the ticket tool Jira and knowledge in the area of error management
  • Desirable: Knowledge in handling diagnosis and application tools (ETAS INCA, VECTOR Canape, DiagRA)
  • Fulfillment requires regular communication, collaboration, and coordination
