  • You will take on the operational and strategic responsibility for multiple locations and approximately 140 employees in Acampo, CA

  • Your expertise includes indepth knowledge of sales and/or production and digitalization
  • You also have knowledge of automation technology and proficiency in ERP systems
  • You are an allrounder with a deep understanding of operational and strategic processes and possess comprehensive analytical skills
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Your profile is rounded off by your handson mentality, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
  • Your leadership style is clear, appreciative, goaloriented, and motivating
