Quality Officer (m/f/d) in full-time for our client near Kirchroth.

Your responsibilities:

Processing of customer and supplier complaints, including the creation of 8D reports
Communication with our customers and suppliers regarding quality issues and defect management
Close cooperation with technical and managerial staff to implement technical or organizational measures for improvement
Application of quality tools and methods, such as Ishikawa, 5why, FTA
Preparation of reports and statistics

Your profile:

Technical vocational training, additional qualification as a master or technician desired
Communication skills and confident demeanor
Conscientious and independent work style
Basic knowledge of English, willingness to undergo targeted further training
Proficient in using common MS Office programs
