For our client in Utica, PA, we are looking for you as part of direct recruitment (NO temporary work) as:

Healthcare Administrator (m/f/d) or Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Patient registration, electronic data processing, form management, practice organization, and telephone service
  • You inform patients as the first point of contact about the processes of the practice and empathetically address their concerns and organizational questions
  • Creation of cost estimates
  • Support with all administrative topics such as integration of cooperating physicians, nursing services, other service providers, and family members

What we are looking for:

  • You have completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Healthcare Administrator (m/f/d), Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Dental Assistant (m/f/d), or Station Assistant (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, you are an organizational talent and know how to convey a good feeling to patients with your positive attitude
  • High willingness to learn and develop
  • Good PC skills in common office applications
