Job Description

As a technical expert in the field of network security, you will actively contribute to the company's security efforts and complement your extensive knowledge with technologies in LAN/WLAN, WAN, and data centers.
You will work with the network team and the overarching IT infrastructure security team, as well as external service providers (e.g. 24x7 SOC), to design, implement, and operate global and secure IT infrastructure services tailored to the company's needs. This includes complex firewall and LAN infrastructures, segmentation, remote access, IPS, IDS, and NAC.
You will be a competent point of contact for our employees and external SOC service provider. You will coordinate security incidents, analyze them, implement measures through a change process, and document them in compliance with ISO27001.
Lastly, you will combine your strong security expertise with the challenges of a globally operating production company.

You have extensive experience in the network environment (LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, etc.) and ideally have knowledge of solutions from Palo Alto Networks, Phoenix Contact, and Extreme Networks.
You possess strong teamwork skills, analytical thinking, a high level of commitment, and a passion for continuous development.
You have a proven track record in operational work, project management, and managing external service providers.
