Supporting the creation of CRM and email campaigns in our German and international online shops
Independently creating creative messages, such as newsletters or push notifications
Identifying and developing customer segments or message sequences
Conceptualizing and implementing measures to expand the customer database
Assisting in the implementation of channelspecific (partial) projects to optimize CRM measures, such as A/B tests
Managing internal and external service providers to implement campaigns
Supporting indepth analysis of our online marketing activities and deriving recommendations for future actions, taking into account product selection

You are currently in an advanced stage of studying business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing/online marketing
You have some practical experience
You have a strong ecommerce affinity, analytical and creative thinking skills, and are able to work independently
