Sommelier/Wine Steward to join our team.

Position:

Sommelier/Wine Steward

Compensation:

- $17hr + tips
- $1300 weekly average off-season
- $1700-$2000 weekly average Summer

Tips received in paycheck
Paid Weekly
Paid sick days

Other incentives:

Staff housing close to the restaurant (rent and utilities $500mo)

Schedule requirements:

40 hours weekly
5 days a week
3:00pm t0 11:00pm shift

Language requirements:

English

Experience:

2+ years of previous bar experience in a highvolume fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
Knowledge of current bar trends
Staff training & motivation
Scheduling
Managing less than 5 people
