Our client is responsible for the concerns of account holders at a large financial institution.To better serve our private clients, we are looking for you (m/f/d) to join our existing team in Fair Haven, NJ.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will respond to general inquiries about the financial products offered and refer detailed inquiries to the appropriate colleagues at the headquarters
- You will block lost or stolen credit and debit cards
- Upon customer request, you will schedule a personal meeting at the branch
- You will process telephone transfers or provide information on account balances
