As we continue to grow, we are expanding our HR department at our Würzburg location. We need your support in recruiting and employer marketing.

Your future

You will be trained by our experienced recruiting team for several months
You will support in the entire application process from job requirements to onboarding of the candidate
You will schedule interviews for your colleagues in recruiting and accompany promising candidates through the interview process
You will be involved in employer marketing and learn how we position ourselves in social recruiting

Your experience

You have gained initial experience in recruiting professionals and executives
Your empathetic nature helps to attract new talents to Hubdrive
Your structured, conscientious, and analytical way of working sets you apart
You can keep a clear head for the most important tasks even in our fastpaced environment
You are excited about the possibilities of digital transformation
You have fluent German and very good English skills
