YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of the Finance and Accounting department in direct collaboration with the management team
Acting as a point of contact for the team to promote internal collaboration and exchange with other departments
Strategic development of the department, as well as implementation and monitoring of measures
Preparation of analyses and reports to control and optimize business processes
Responsibility for the proper preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Collaboration with external service providers, such as authorities and auditors
Monitoring and optimization of existing processes, taking into account the needs and abilities of your team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Whether you are an experienced department manager or an ambitious young leader your solid expertise and talent in dealing with colleagues and executives set you apart
Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance / controlling / accounting
Solid knowledge in controlling, accounting, balance sheet preparation, and financial statements
Willingness to travel in southern Germany to support company locations on site
Proficient in MS Office
