Together, we find solutions and drive innovation. We define the procurement process and negotiate services, prices, and contracts. We play an important role in implementing exciting projects in stores, logistics and production sites, as well as in central departments. The Lifecycle department at Schwarz Procurement is responsible for the strategic procurement of technical investment goods for the Schwarz Group's own use.

The investment goods in the Lifecycle department include the following areas:
project procurement, refrigeration technology, equipment for our logistics centers, deposit systems, and store technology.

In addition, service and maintenance contracts are negotiated for these investment goods, and additional services such as product development, country and customer support are offered.
