As a modern, future-oriented and dedicated authority, we are looking for a Media and Information Services Specialist (m/f/d) - Library for our county library in Neustadt a.d.Aisch in full-time starting as soon as possible.

Your new tasks

Working in user services: user registration and information, lending and return of media and all related tasks
Editorial activities: reviewing the book market, making acquisition and disposal decisions for selected media areas, especially in the children's and youth book section
Participation in promoting reading, media and information literacy through assistance with tours and events for different user groups
Cataloging of new media

Your profile

Successfully completed training as a Media and Information Services Specialist (m/f/d) - Library or comparable qualification
You enjoy working with children and young people
Good and secure oral and written expression
Reliable, careful and dedicated work style
Good communication and teamwork skills and negotiation skills
Good computer skills
