Technical Employee for VPN and Computer Systems (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Order-specific software installation for PC and server systems (HMI and quality management systems)
Testing and approval of customer-specific IT components in close cooperation with our departments
Setup, testing, and maintenance (documentation) of new or existing VPN connections to our customers
Processing and resolution of VPN issues for colleagues or branches
Interface between our IT department and the customer
Participation in the infrastructure and implementation of new technologies

Your qualifications

Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
Ideally, good knowledge in the area of VPN networks and Windows operating systems and their configuration
High interest in new developments and technical connections
