We are looking for a
Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) in
full-time.


Your responsibilities:


  • Active
    consulting and sales of products to existing and new customers in various industries
  • Telephone support for our existing customers and handling of complaints
  • Expansion and maintenance of existing
    international customer relationships:
  • Creation of reports, customer statistics, and customer-specific documents
  • Preparation of calculations and processing of terms and price lists
  • Active collaboration with the sales manager in the area of
    key account management:
  • Responsibility for the content preparation of customer master data
  • Processing of sales and service inquiries as well as customer orders
  • Interface between our departments (key account), external partners, and our customers
  • As our new Sales Support Representative (m/f/d), you will also support various sales projects.

Your profile:


  • Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship and/or practical experience in sales support
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Analytical thinking and a good understanding of numbers
  • Independent and careful way of working
  • Very good communication skills, customer and service orientation, enjoyment of telephone calls
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and initiative
