What to expect:
- As a Secretary, MD for Technical Hotline, you actively shape the Vodafone spirit. As a single point of contact for all our internal and external touchpoints, you act as the interface for all central technical areas mobile and fixed network.
- You competently answer telephone and written inquiries from our customers about our data products, services, and mobile network.
- You quickly understand the operational experience of customers from telephone and written contact, research problem areas, and support their resolution until the end.
- You actively involve your superiors when there are major problems or restrictions.
- You ensure a quick resolution by effectively recording a technical complaint.
What sets you apart:
- A successfully completed vocational training and at least three years of professional experience in endtoend customer support.
- Good technical understanding of data products and services and their use in the mobile and fixed network sector.
- A systematic, structured, and independent way of working, processoriented thinking, and the willingness to work flexible shifts.
