We are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator/Coordinator - Nuclear to join the corporate at our headquarters.This is a great opportunity working in a challenging and rewarding environment with some of the most talented professionals in the nuclear pump industry.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize, file & scan QA documents upon completion
- Perform quality checks/reviews of documentation for compliance
- Followup with personnel to ensure correctness of documentation
- Prepare final document packages
- Update status of documents in the ERP system
- Handle administrative related tasks.
- Assist with all other QA activities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 13 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently in a deadline oriented environment
- Professional communication and effective interpersonal skills to interface with employees, and all levels of supervision.
Pay:
From $1.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
