Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Compounder to join our team. As a Compounder, you will be responsible for manufacturing and blending various products according to established procedures and guidelines. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Duties:

Operate and maintain equipment used in the compounding process, such as mixers, blenders, and mills
Measure and weigh ingredients accurately to ensure proper formulation
Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with quality standards
Monitor and adjust process parameters as needed to achieve desired product specifications
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Clean and sanitize equipment and work area to maintain a safe and clean environment
Package finished products according to specifications
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is a plus
Previous experience as a Compounder or in a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is desirable
Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Proficient in materials handling techniques, including forklift operation
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines
