INTRODUCTION &

PRIMARY FOCUS:

Huge growth opportunity for a Lead Security Guard Rover (Manager Trainee) to help our team in various capacities with a primary focus on working at our various accounts, learning our posts, and assisting with certain Management and Admin responsibilities.

Among other duties, while working at quiet posts, the Lead Security Guard Rover will assist in finding, interviewing, and hiring predominantly entry-level security guards.

They will also assist with reviewing and writing Policy and overseeing Silvertrac, our guard tour system.

A high volume of expected daily calls and documentation is required, especially when working at quiet posts, as This Lead Security Guard Rover will at times work with our CEO to ensure all positions are filled and running smoothly.

This is a fabulous training ground to learn all aspects of the security guard business, and a good Lead Security Guard Rover can move quickly up in this company into a Senior management position.

SCHEDULE This job is full time, Day and/or Swing Shift. Be prepared and able to work weekends.

LOCATION Most likely Culver City or El Segundo.

However, for this role, the Lead Security Guard Rover (Manager Trainee) must be willing to work at different account sites most of which are in West Los Angeles.

Some locations are as far North as Malibu and as far South as Carson. Will be working alone either in a guard shack facility or an office building environment. Some retail locations require working in a retail environment.

START DATE:
Must be able to start right away

As stated above, position requires the person to work day hours, including weekends, either in El Segundo or Culver City.

Some multi-tasking is to be expected, performing mínimal access control while fielding calls and setting up interviews.

PROBATION AND PAY:
After a 90 day probationary period of demonstrated success, a salary or raise may be offered. Until then, during training and probation, we will mutually agree-upon a fair hourly wage. Both parties must make sure this is a good fit

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
we prefer someone college-educated with prior security experience or related field.

Most importantly, we want a smart, reliable, hard-working individual who seeks a challenging career in service-based Management, likes the idea of wearing various hats with an emphasis on Recruiting and understands the important of hiring quality people.

Strong written and oral skills are required. Admin experience, detail-oriented by nature, tech-savvy are also necessary for this position.

Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
