We are in immediate need to hire Flex/Rover Officers.

Flex/Rover guards are talented security officers who must have a guard card and have reliable transportation.

While assisting us at various accounts, Flex Officers will learn our business and we hope grow into trusted and potentially Lead Positions.

Our two main Senior Managers started as Flex/Rover Officers and we believe it's an excellent training ground.

Every shift is available.

We ask the Flex/Rover Security Officers to know what shifts and days they are available and to commit to their stated schedule availability(*see/answer Screening Questions).

Flex/Rover guards will be called immediately when work is available.

We can not guarantee a certain # of hours each week but Flex/Rover officers command more of an hourly rate.

Flex/Rovers will mostly handle call-offs, filling in when needed. Ideally, the Flex/Rovers should be familiar with Retail, Industrial, Residential, Office environments. Armed Flex Officers are also welcome.

Most available openings are usually unarmed, upscale retail stores requiring formal black suits located in West Hollwood and Malibu CA.

If you live in or near West LA and are open to working at retail stores we will certainly have extra, available work for you.

With at least three years of security experience, we seek Flex/Rovers who learn quickly, are clean-cut, and have strong customer service skills and a phenomenal work ethic so that they can literally be placed anywhere.

As mentioned, most accounts, as of late, are West LA upscale retail stores requiring all black formal attire.

Qualities we seek include:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Clean-cut, tidy, presentable, polished appearance

The ability to learn and adapt to different environments quickly

Extremely reliable

Good memory, listens well, and follows direction

In the habit of answering their phone

Thick skin, does not take things personally, even when spoken to in a rude manner, always remains professional.

Is not overly social and understands this is a business and all conversations should be security-related
