Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

QMO**:

Your responsibilities:

Management and continuous improvement of the QM system according to ISO 900
Monitoring performance and achievement of goals
Evaluation, key figures & improvement management
Internal/external communication
Reporting on QM performance
Support for QM policies and objectives
Point of contact for QMrelated questions
Coordinating audits and certifications within the company, planning audits
Conducting internal audits
Assisting with external audits
Monitoring company processes
Training employees in Qmethods, such as Ishikawa and Pareto
Analyzing errors, developing measures and leading quality statistics
Monitoring internal complaints and their processing
Handling external complaints
Supporting top management in the management review process
Advising managers and executives on quality management
Strategically aligning quality documentation within the company, such as monitoring correct control and filing

Your profile:

Completed training in a commercial/technical field and additional qualification in quality management or a completed degree with a relevant focus
Proven experience in quality management
High personal quality standards
