    Description

    Center Support Supervisor

    Are you ready to provide operational support to the PACE center? As a Center Support Supervisor, your main responsibilities include directing and supervising the administrative support staff and the center geriatric aides.

    Requirements for a Center Support Supervisor:

    • Bachelor's degree preferably in healthcare or business management or equivalent experience
    • At least two-years of supervisory experience
    • At least one-year experience with the frail or elderly
    • Bilingual skills in Cantonese or Spanish preferred

    Responsibilities for a Center Support Supervisor:

    • Provides supervision, leadership, and direction to the center-based Geriatric Aides
    • Oversees the daily operations of the center
    • Generates reports and completes any required EHR data entry
    • Serves as an effective member of OLSHS's management team
    • Works collaboratively with the program manager on issues related to quality programming, efficiency and cost effectiveness

    On Lok PACE was developed as a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly to address the challenges of caring for frail seniors. At On Lok, we believe in serving seniors with chronic care needs in their community whenever possible. Our program offers in-home care services and transportation to our PACE center for primary medical care, social and recreational activities, and other senior care services.

    Pay: $49.55 per hour
