Our client is looking for several talented individuals (m/f/d) for customer service at a large payment service provider - mostly in a home office setting.

One day per week should be spent at the company.


Your responsibilities:


  • Handling customer inquiries regarding invoices, returns, and installment payments via email/chat
  • Updating customer data
  • Resolving payment discrepancies
  • Tracking incoming payments

Your profile:


  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Flexible availability (Monday to Friday, 8am6pm)
