- Supervise Scheduling Coordinators to ensure successful achievement of assigned goals
- Provide updates to leadership on department metrics and resources
- Utilizing scheduling software, properly align available providers with client schedules
- Collaborate with clinic operations on daily adjustments
- Conduct performance mentoring and develop of assigned colleagues
- Ensure scheduled sessions properly align with authorization and credentialing
- Oversee supervision ratios on a weekly basis to ensure clinical quality metrics are met
- Cross train on other regions to provide additional support as necessary
- Meet weekly with the scheduling department and assigned clinics
- Respond to clinic requests and inquiries, escalating as necessary
- Passion for learning and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a continuous learning environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior experience as a team lead, supervisor, or related management role
- Prior use of internal scheduling software with familiarity of scheduling techniques
- Ability to receive and deliver constructive feedback
- Experience in health care, health insurance, and medical terminology preferred
- Demonstration of professional behavior and strong interpersonal skills
- Appropriate discretion to maintain confidentiality
- Professionally skilled in verbal and written communications

Job DescriptionThe Scheduling Supervisor is a member of our Home Office Team, tasked with scheduling clinical staff at our locations in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas. This role will supervise the scheduling team to support assigned locations, ensuring efficient treatment coverage, supervision, and adjustments to client and staff attendance. This opportunity is based at our home office in Flower Mound, TX with an expected schedule on-site Monday through Friday.
